She is a certified firearms and defensive tactics instructor in a variety of disciplines. Lou Ann serves on the Board of Directors for IALEFI and holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance Technology and Instructional Design from the University of Michigan.
Claude Werner
The Tactical Professor
Claude Werner’s background combines extensive work in the military, personal protection training, and white-collar financial services fields. Claude is a retired Army Captain with 10 years of service in Special Operations. He was also the Chief Instructor of the elite Rogers Shooting School.
